You are what you eat, so it’s important to eat well.
Growing up in a family that had food at the very heart of it, I’ve been surrounded by vibrant and exciting dishes my whole life.
Whether we were tucking into my grandmother’s amazing kebabs or my nan’s spring rolls, everything we were served was delicious and cooked to perfection.
In many ways, I was spoiled by my childhood and teenage diet. Every day we ate proper home-cooked dishes that were healthy, nutritious and tasted great. So, when I went to university I had a bit of a shock!
